CIBC Branch with ATM

This is one of the best CIBC banks i have ever dealt with. Bank employees are very kind and they were very helpful in what I wanted to be done. Top notch customer service. Opened late which is a plus because I have a full time job that I can't leave until later in the day. I would recommend this bank to everyone.

Very angry right now after my visit to this branch. Turned me away when I wanted a cheque deposited. Like what in the actual hell?? What kind of bank turns away a long time client? I've had no problems at any other branch regardless of location. The teller told me no, I would have to go to the issuing branches location and have it verified! 20 minutes before closing when I have rent to pay! Arrived at the issuing branches location only to be told that the other location is NOT ALLOWED TO TURN ME AWAY AND REFUSE THE SERVICE REQUESTED!!!! Called country hills back after being told this and wasn't able to speak to a manager and the ladies attitude was disgusting.

If anyone has bank accounts with this branch I would be very cautious. They have moved around my transactions so they can make me pay fees. Absolutely disgusting this will be my 4th time coming in in 3 months

Not sure about the other reviews, but anyone with half a brain or has worked in any service industry would understand that they are understaffed for one of the bigger communities in the city. Given the circumstances, the wait time wasn't too long for my transaction. The little asian girl apologized for my 10 minute wait, for she was the only teller that was open. I needed a bank draft and she waved the fee.

Worst sevice, only one teller, the line up so long. They have tellers in their offices not recognizing the importance of their clients time.
