the gentleman that seems to be night audit has no customer service knowledge at the slightest. I seem to request his attention every single time I stay which was 3 in the last 5 months. he refused to check me in due to over capacity with a very visible empty parking lot. insists on reading his book with servielance facing his view but insisted to be hailed before any attention was offered. he refused to give his name and refused to offer a number to his office manager and refused to show me his policy on damage deposit changes. theres been no effort from front desk staff to address my complaints. I have well over 20 people and more that I would consider qualified and even grateful to sit at that desk and maintain the integrity of Ramada that his position lacks... I wouldn't reccomend this location
