Routes Car Rental

Loved renting from Routes! The rates were cheap and the car was fantastic. They're located off-site from the airport, but it's not a big deal because the shuttle service is very quick. Had zero issues renting or returning the vehicle. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Recently rented a vehicle from the Nisku location, just needed a vehicle to cruise around the city for a few days. Was by FAR the cheapest rental available. Pickup was quick and easy. Was half expecting some hidden fees or nitpicking of the vehicle to rack up additional charges on return. There was nothing of the sort. Dropped the vehicle off, got an outstanding balance of zero. Good customer service and straightforward car rental. Would 100% use in the future if needed.

Highly recommend. Shuttle pick up was free and took 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and able to answer our questions. Vehicle was great, a new 2020 Kia. We saved a lot of money by renting off site of the airport and honestly do recommend. Thank you Routes! Tracy you are just great!!

Tracy was very helpful with rental details and a quick pick up at the airport...appreciated the rental car already warmed up upon arrival. A couple things that I wasn't pleased with however. The rates start out well but when factoring in the additional insurance, the total isn't much off the mark of the other car rental companies located right at the airport. Which brings me to the second concern. No shuttle ride back to the airport before 9:15 a.m.. I spoke to the person opening on a Sunday morning and explained that my flight was at 10:00 a.m.. He told me that he had to open first and couldn't drive me until 9:15...too late in order to check in. He refused to come in a bit earlier so I ended up taking a taxi at a cost of $18.00. I suggest Routes open earlier to accommodate.

Absolutely fantastic experience!! Tracy herself gets a 5 star!! Super friendly and pleasant to work with! Tracy went far above to make us happy and with the best price available anywhere in Edmonton! Highly recommend and will recommend to everyone I know!! Will definitely be our normal rental place when in that area!!
