Be aware of 'new standard' of vehicle inspection return....it appears they go beyond 'reasonable' inspection so you need to do same if not more upon pick up regardless of how long it may take. Take plenty of pictures, videos, inside, outside, under the hood including any part of the vehicle underside you can view. I returned an economical sub-compact rental and the agent doing the return examination did the usual but he did something I've never seen before. He squatted down on each four corners of the car and with laser scrutiny looked down each side of the vehicle; touching certain areas and comparing driver side with passenger side. Low and behold, he 'found' some subtle damage to the passenger side rear rocker panel. It was a slight defect which appears was caused by the vehicle going over a speed bump or curb or ? From a reasonable perspective standing unless you knew something was there, it would have been very likely no one would even look under the rocker panel. The agent spent literally 1-2 minutes on the rest of the car but an enormous amount of time looking down the sides with 'laser precision.' O And once 'found' spent no more time looking over the vehicle. My big issue is that if they are going to exercise this new they should do same when customer picks up the vehicle or at least advise the customer of the new standard. Additionally, if the manager did not do the same when I picked up the vehicle, how can they be certain that the subtle damage was not done by one of their staff? How can they with confidence state the the subtle minor dent on the rocker panel was not there when they rented the car to me?!....yes, I'll be disputing it. AND for those who stated I should have bought the expensive insurance, I have insurance on my personal policy and I knew I was only doing local driving. Also, this was rental while my personal vehicle was in the dealership for repairs with extended wait time for parts so extra insurance would have been close to $1000 alone. Be AWARE of the new standards!!!

My rental was arranged through my insurance company. I couldn’t have expected a better experience! The vehicle provided was perfect. The customer service at pick-up and drop off, was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Leduc.

We had to have a rental for a week due to our vehicle in for repair. We were told that we would have a similar type SUV to our Sorrento. We arrived yesterday at 8am and they had a huge Ram truck and that was all they could offer. We explained that I had a knee replacement and that I couldn't get into a vehicle that high. Poor communication and they were thinking that we needed an SUV. The girl that processed the paperwork was not listening to our needs at all. At 76 years old, I felt there was no consideration to our needs.we ended up leaving with the Ram and me having to get on a chair to board the Ram. We were promised a car yesterday, and that didn't transpire. Today after we followed up with a call, we were told that we would get a compact car this afternoon. We are not pleased with this company and will be reporting back to the insurance company who gave us this name as reliable. Poor service and full of broken promises.

Horrible experience, would never rent from this place if there was only another option. Vehicles are not maintained properly between customers, just keep renting them out even if they are not roadworthy.

We returned the rented vehicle a few days ago, after a while we've noticed that we been charged for extra amount due to damage on the vehicle. We been trying to request the details of the damage and give us evidence of the dents and they can't show anything to us. We personally check the rented vehicle with my friends before returning to their office to ensure that the car is not damage or anything but suddenly got charged because of dent. We always rent a car to this place, but next time i will go to other places. I will understand if the company wants more revenues due to decreasing of customer because of the covid but taking money out without proper explanation and evidence is stealing. I read other reviews from their previous clients and ENTERPRISES LEDUC BRANCH has always has the same problem. TAKING MONEY OUT FROM CREDIT CARD. this is unacceptable!! Be aware to this kind of people. 🤬
