The staff at this location are top notch. Always so friendly and kind. I frequently rent here and am always happy with the car, cleanliness and service.

Worst experience ever. After booking a full sized car was given mid-sized/ compact. After taking up my grievance with a Maria Santos, I was informed to there was nothing to be done as I had made my reservation online not directly with her. Tough luck for me. Surely my first and last encounter with this company. Not sure if budget is the issue or just this location. Avoid if u can. Else pay for the most basic because either way thats what you will get.

The last few months I was between enterprise and budget depending on prices. I had a bad situation with enterprise so I went to this budget downtown location I use to rent from and the service was good , friendly people, understanding my demands. I will definitely be a regular for budget downtown location. Thanks for the great service.

I have been a customer at this location since 2016. I would like to bring my thanks to the Budget staff who are still working and very helpful during this uneasy time! I believe all their cars have been thoroughly cleaned. The facility is always tidy. The staff are easy going on, and they are aware of the social distancing and pay attention to the COVID-19 spread. Of course, the rental car is worth it!

I was in general very satisfied with the experience; I had to wait a bit for the car to be ready at the time I indicated (thus not 10)
