Discount Car & Truck Rentals

Avoid this business. I reserved a 16ft Cube Van 3 weeks prior to moving. I recieved an email confirming my reservation. I called the day before my move just to confirm it was available and they said they had none. No phone call to let me know this. No further options. I called customer service and they told me they would call me back. No phone call. If I hadn't called the morning before the move I would have been without options. Luckily I called in that morning before, and after waiting hours for a call back to see if there were other options, I called another rental agency and they just happened to have a cube van.

WARNING: This Company tried to nearly double my reservation rate (Insisting that they don't take American insurance and that I had to buy theirs). They were not transparent about it and suggested I just come to the rental location and an agent would help me sort it out when I arrived in Canada from Colorado. Had I not asked further I would have arrived at night in a foreign city without a car, having no choice but to pay 900 some dollars instead of 500 for my rental. The agent I spoke to said he couldn't do anything about it, it was company policy. Hey DISCOUNT CAR RENTAL, I hope you change this policy and upgrade your ethics and service. PS: Another Company near the airport gave me a GREAT rate last minute and took my insurance along with honest advice and customer care.

The experience we had with our recent car rental in Edmonton was nothing less than great. I am a driver for the Kingston Ontario Discount branch . The treatment that we received at the branch was awesome the member came to the airport to pick us up he loaded our luggage in his shuttle van when we chose our car he brought it to the front door and proceeded to move our luggage from the van to the car and always with a smile on his face. The next day i received a courtesy call from the branch to see if everything was okay. The employees at the Edmonton branch should be commended for there professorial and overall demeanor. Could you please extend a big thank-you to the folks at that branch again thank-you Mel & Connie Hagerty .

Worse car rental place I've ever been to!! Waited over 30 minutes for our car after pre booking. Finally got all the paperwork done to find out there's a nail in our cars tire. They then offer us a truck when we asked for a compact car. They told us all they had left were trucks and suvs. We ended up getting an SUV that was not even clean. Finally after waiting about an hour we get to start our vacation. Definitely would not recommend this car rental place!!!

It has best serivce here if you want to rent a car. This is the best for you to rent. Zeel will provide best smile with you.
