Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car was to small than we took a new expidition 2019.

What an amazing rental experience. Thanks to Kurtis and Nathan I was able to get a last minute vehicle made available for my trip the following day. Vehicle cleanliness was A1, tank was full of gas and every part of the rental agreement was made very clear to me.

I needed a SUV and I dealt with a different store at first and it was horrible experience. I called these guys this morning and they where amazing from the start. They made sure I was in a SUV in the next couple of hours. THEY ARE AMAZING I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM YO ANY ONE.

The service here was fantastic.... It is stressful enough getting in a car accident much less thinking "what am I going to drive while my car gets fixed" Well my insurance company recommended I get my car from Enterprise and I sure am glad!!! The service was great they picked me up where I dropped my car off for repairs and the man driving made me feel at ease right away... They gave me a great rental that was very comparable to driving my own car and let me drive away.... the car they gave me had every option possible and it was cool to drive for a few weeks.... When returning the car they were fairly busy and they didn't make anyone in there feel less important then the next guy... The service inside while returning the car was great and they gave me a ride back to where I dropped my car off!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Kurtis rented me a suburban which was vandalised in Canmore. Which forced us to have to pick up a new vehicle while staying an extra night. We did miss out on Yoho national park but safety was more important. Thank god for buying that insurance. The tow truck from Lake louise to canmore was a whopping $605!! Paid for, by enterprise. Also, the suburban repairs were paid for, by enterprise. That being said.. Kurtis and Alissa were VERY accomodating and listened to our story. They answered every phone call and every question. They covered our extra night at the hotel(when they only promised $200), this actually covered us having to use public transportation between banff and canmore. They covered the 2 missing days without a vehicle. And also covered the 2 days after picking up a minivan from the calgary airport. They let us drop off the minivan at they're location. I would def. Use these guys again, as they stay true to they're word, they communicate well, and are the most available rental company around. Overall, the trip was great, enterprise kept us happy. We all got home safe. AND ALWAY ALWAYS ALWAYS BUY INSURANCE.
