BMO Bank of Montreal

Great Bank very nice people, but used to have security guards so you could use atm walk in at night, now they lock the doors and expect you to use outside drive threw teller. Almost got hit standing there...because I pull trailers lots and cant drive three.

This review is for the employee, Tighe! He was SO helpful :) he suggested a couple ways that actually saved me money and he really made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you Tighe!! Give this man a raise, BMO 😉

I had been with BMO for about 20 years. Through no actual fault of my own, there were some issues with my account, and so I went in to the branch to speak with them. I was treated poorly, and they were not at all receptive. I was trying to get some options, and was not given any. I'm so disappointed, and they seem to forget how powerful word of mouth can be. That's really too bad. I've now gotten set up elsewhere, by people happy to have my business.. and won't look back.

I have always had good experience banking there but the blonde lady once managed to transfer over $200 to a loan company when I told her not to. She didn't admit her mistake, and got another person to help me, who was really nice about and apologized. Everyone else there are very friendly and willing to help. I never want to change banks unless there are new people. :)
