Avis Car Rental

I somehow negotiated myself from a $251 daily van rental to $100 flat fee. I'm the first guy to take a deal, but why couldn't I have received the best price initially? I will be using this company again because the previous gentleman I dealt with was a great sales person. The Arabic fellow knew how to give great service. The man today needs further customer service and sales training. I understand the rental car business. Don't treat me as an uninformed buyer. Today is May 29, 2020 at 1232pm. Whoever was on this shift needs retraining.

1 star is more than enough though, cause there is a old man was so rude to me and my friends; we were asking about the car we rented 3 days ago and he was replying to us in a rude way. Even in there website, all the car pictures and names are fake so they can market it by giving un real pictures for the customer and when we come to ask him he was shouting on us and say that’s the reservation. However, thanks for the bad experience.

Great experience. Clean vehicle, knowledgeable staff at the front desk. Would not hesitate to rent from here again.
