Customer service is atrocious. Don’t trust this place for rentals. They will overcharge you and refuse to provide appropriate compensation.

Best experience. Initially, I had a mishap, but when I came back to resolve it the team was helpful and kind. They have fixed my booking and gave a free upgrade. Upon return, I had their team member willingly check the car and let me know the charges that were emailed to me upon request. Will recommend and return!

The staff doesn't want to solve my problem in any way. I had a reservation from my points for being a loyal customer when I came to a corner, they said they would not rent a car for a person under 25, nobody told me about that before, and I rent from them a week ago but in different location (Windsor). We spend a couple of hours at the airport with a baby without any help. Customer service said that we can get a bus or cab, but they will not pay for it. I feel completely disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic staff. Was uncomfortable about a certain vehicle and asked to switch. They were more than accommodating in my request. Thank you so much to the staff.
