Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"They do not apply Enterprise procedures in offering Customers the free Pickup and Dropoff service for their clients. I find that this Enterprise has a very condescending way in talking to its customers. When asked why the website and answering service offers pickup and/or delivery to customers they blamed it on being short staffed and this service is for only customers that reserve cars for many days. I was asked if I could take public transportation. The employees starting with the manager is very condescending." To schedule your pick up time or make additional arrangements, please call your local rental office directly.

I spoke with corporate the day before my rental to confirm I was eligible to drive being under 25 and they said no problem other than a small fee which I was okay with. On the day of my rental I was told they would not rent to me with my current insurance (which I paid $80 for) and offered no help in the situation. I was not made aware I needed liability insurance on the Enterprise website when I booked or when I spoke with the rep. This whole fiasco wasted my time, made my mother late for work, made me miss a job I was driving to in Toronto and put me out of pocket for an expensive insurance policy that did not even apply to me. On top of this the woman that helped me offered now suggests, no help or any sort of solution or apology for the situation. I will never rent from Enterprise again.

Great customer service! Wonderful staff, went above and beyond. 100% next time I need a rental this is where I will go / recommend. They made the whole ordeal so easy & painless.

AMAZING customer service at this location! They went above an beyond for me and my family in our time of need and it meant a lot! They have definitely gained a repeat customer and I highly recommend them! I sincerely thank you all!

We had a a few temporary replacements for our car which was having some work done to it. The first car was dirty inside and out. I mentioned it when we picked up the second car and they kindly compensated us.
