The team working here really went above and beyond for me today. I very much appreciated each one of the four working there today! ( special shout out to Larry who quietly works behind the scenes, driving customers) Fabulous service indeed!

I had to pick up a vehicle today. It took a while on the phone to finally get through to an agent; but when I did, the agent professionally and efficiently got the information I needed to know. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the door by Matt and out of the lot within 10minutes. These guys are professional, know the system, courteous and value your time. The lot is clean and vehicle I received was in immaculate condition. Thank you Matt and team.

Terrible service. It’s been about two months since I’ve returned the car and they still haven’t returned my $100 dollar down payment. When I called to inquire about it they said it had been mailed, I waited a couple weeks still no check. Then I called again to find out what’s taking so long just to find out they never sent the check out! I’m still waiting for my money back! They said they would write the check and have me pick it up that was 4 days ago now and when I called again he said he would check with the accountant 😡 also I went though three different vehicles because others apparently wanted the car I had. I will never go to them again.

My truck was in the shop, came here to rent a car for a day and half. Staff, super friendly, fast and efficient. I received my car, hassle free, quick. Everything went smooth. I dropped it off and same service of quick, friendly. I had a good experience with Enterprise on Westwood.

The car I rented didn't have working air conditioning. I have never rented a vehicle that started with a half a tank and had to be returned with a half a tank, very inconvenient.
