Just contacted Scotia Dealer Advantage this morning to see about support during a government mandated closure for all businesses her in Calgary, Alberta. NO SUPPORT was offered as a COVID-19 relief program, very disappointing that they are not prepared and don't look after their accounts. Stay FAR away people!!! FAR FAR AWAY!!!

This branch has a very good customer service

Worst customer service. I've had many issues with them them that they didn't help to resolve. Got better help from other branches, I ended up having to switch to a different home branch. Almost switched to a different bank and I realised it's really their service, they need to do better.

Great customer service, the single ATM can cause lines though

I have had the worst luck calling this branch. It always goes to voicemail, and they never return my calls, even when I call the manager and leave multiple messages.
