Excellent service provided at this location. Very helpful experienced and knowledgeable staff. I am always greeted with a smile and the wait is generally not an issue. I have only had to wait 5-8 mins at the most but there is often no wait time at all.

Horrible experience while we were doing our medical degrees. We provided letters from our schools and the bank assured us they would make sure we would have student banking accounts with no fees for 4 years. We were not sent emails, online banking messages, phone calls, or letters letting us know that both our accounts used as savings only would be perfect for our schooling needs. Once graduated we realized that over $4000 had been taken from us despite bringing in all the original forms and special letters from our accredited schools. The branch manager at the time, despite even the tellers taking our side proving monthly fees and other bank charges have been draining our savings slowly over 4 years. This banks only purpose was for savings and to help us as a back up. The branch manager was rude and would not reverse the charges like many other banks do for mistakes such ad these. We got sent to a customer care 1800 number to complain and investigate our claim. Even though this centre agreed how unfair it was it was out of their power and only the branch manager could reverse charges.She did not. We were very hurt as strugglimg students. When we went to close the account they gave us lines of credit to keep us happy and on debt a little longer. They even said that the branch manager is not there any longer. Thinking we would give them a second chance we stated we would continue to do business if they reversed the charges and returned the funds that were stolen from us. That did not pan out so we plan on closing the account and have lost complete trust in royal bank as a whole. Many employees were great and they even sided with us and we want to thank you for your kindness. However, based on principle we must leave and warn other students and the general public that this bank does not like returning money nor do they value their customers. We had planned on getting mortgages and other investments to add to our portfolios but now plan on boycotting RBC all together. Your money is not safe here. Please do not learn the hard way like we did. Luckily we have a good long standing reputation at some much betted banks that have treated us like they valued our business as students and have never had one trust issue. To the staff that work here, our hope is that you know this kind of thing is not the only shady incident that goes on at this branch and would encourage you to find employment elsewhere. This company does not deserve you and we commend you for your support and honesty. Great job following the guidlines set forth by health minister and keeping our vulnerable populations safe from this ongoing pandemic.

I was here today. Amazing service, friendly staff.

I visited at 3pm on a Wednesday and received prompt service. There were three wickets open and no lineup. My deposit was handled quickly without any fuss. This branch loses one star because the parking lot reeks of putrid garbage smell, source unclear, and my car smelled awful for an hour after leaving.

They are not even aware of public exchange rates, poorly trained and even don’t know their own RBC policy. So weird and impolite. I am going to report my experience to RBC customer experience.
