Awful, go elsewhere. Credit unions are way better for any type of banking.

This is my favorite rbc location the staff are awesome sometimes there is a long lineup other than that its good. Chris, lydia, kari, and sneha are the best

Terrible service and advisors/ tellers who have the attitude that they know everything. Hate it but it's the closest one to me. Tried to get information on a past deposit but they told me it was impossible, went home and called RBC customer service line and they were able to provide the information. This branch wasted my time.

I can't stand dealing with RBC. I find them highly inaccessible (this is my local branch yet there's no way to call directly), they've given incorrect advise and a couple of years ago I had a "Financial Advisor" at another branch increase my credit limit without permission (she put in my file I had visited in person when in fact I was out of the country the day in question). This latest offense came when I set an online appointment to discuss my current mortgage. I was specific that I wanted to talk about my mortgage and options going forward. I was met by a financial advisor. Who wanted to tell me about my banking options. Though I have been explicitly clear they will never get further business from me. The mortgage specialist who had been invited never showed up. The financial advisor (Monica) claimed he would call me on Monday (today) after 5:30. I said I would prefer an email, she said no problem. SURPRISE- he did not contact me. Broken promises, banking in the dark ages. Disaster.

Been an RBC client for 21 years and been going to this branch for a decade. The staff is excellent, helpful and will to do their utmost in solving any banking issues that may arise. Jason, Chris, Alex, Lydia & Kari to name a few of those that have attended to me.
