TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The staff at this branch are doing their best - Limiting the hours does NOT HELP PHYSICAL DISTANCING. waiting 45 minutes to an hour for basic banking is unacceptable. This must be painful for the hard working employees there. Especially when they only get to work 6 hours a day. pls bring back regular hours

Pretty fast and good services. Now basically can do almost everything online now. Haven’t visited any branch for a long time. Lol looked someone’s review, complaining about 45 mins wait for basic banking transactions.Only comment is this guy probably only know how to make a complaint over the phone but does online banking. Such a whining B.

We went to the bank at 11.30 am today May 26th. There was a pretty long lineup. It moved rather slowly. Across the street, there was a lineup in front of Van City bank as well, however, it moved pretty fast. I wondered why ? Does TD bank need 2 staff running around to control the lineup ? Instead of working at the counter to help clients ? I didn't see any staff at Van City running around like that. I hope the manager of this TD branch consider my opinion to serve customers better. The young female teller who received me was very efficient, though.

the bank is very popular, and they are always busy, and sometimes have no time for new customers, but the employment are nice

I called them, and I was immediately able to be scheduled for a meeting with an associate in the next 15 minutes. When I got there, service was incredibly friendly and efficient. Way faster than their competitors. Ask for Chris for all your personal banking needs!
