BMO Bank of Montreal

Honestly one of the worst experience ever. I don’t usually leave a review but I felt that this feedback was needed. I was in line for good 20 min, waiting patiently. I was finally next in line to be served and one of the teller actually recognized that I’m pregnant and suggest I can have a seat, which I appreciated. But literally shortly after, next teller was available and that’s where the things went south. The lady that was in line behind me went straight to be served and the teller started helping her, without acknowledging the fact that I was in line before the lady. I did not appreciate this at all, especially when the other teller told me they know that I’m next in line when he suggested me to have a seat. And after the lady was being helped, the teller went on a break and I had to wait even longer. I also had a bad experience previously at this branch, where the teller told me to go to third party banking service to do a wire transfer overseas. I have all my bankings with BMO and I just wanted to have everything completed here, but felt like the teller did not want to help and was getting a run around when he suggested me to go to some third party service where I don’t even know and trust. I will not come back to this location even though I live 2 min away from here.

Great for what it does. Lacking in what it's trying to achieve. But good enough

A bad branch to go a very bad one

Had problems with online banking mobile app for the longest time and contacted tech department without getting a proper solution. After talking to Selina, she really went above and beyond with all the possible causes and finally got the app working. It saved me so much time and now I don't have to use a PC to login every time. Selina has been super friendly and understand the problem with good listening skills. She definitely made my BMO experience a better one!

I exclusively use this branch. Have always been given good service and all needs met. Not much more you can ask for from a bank. A little bit slow due to being busy but that just means that lots of other people also choose this branch.
