Bowman was so helpful and he went above and beyond to help my parents with the purchase of their home. They were not familiar with the city as they were moving from Calgary and his suggestions and advice helped them choose the perfect home. A year later we also decided to move from Calgary to Victoria and since my parents were so happy with Bowman, we also used him. He helped us so much and we appreciated his input and because of his advice we found exactly what we were looking for. He also put us in contact with an amazing mortgage broker and law firm as well! We will definitely be using him and his team again!!

Bowman sold my partner and I our first house in Victoria. It was a super relaxed and a really comfortable experience. We appreciated that he was his authentic self and that we were able to relate to him during our purchase. He took the cold and boring out of buying a home and made it fun and exciting.
