Travis sold our home in a timely fashion and in the off season. We decided to list with him after an impressive meeting at which he reviewed his market research and presented us with a detailed, data driven marketing plan that demonstrated just how much he was committed to selling our home. Travis communicated with us on a weekly basis and always made us feel that our interests took precedence over a sale at a less-than-optimal price. He is certainly the consummate real estate professional – knowledgeable, honest, affable and attentive to detail. We would definitely use his services again. Outside working hours, Travis volunteered on a project near and dear to my heart: The VIRCS-Oak Bay Welcome House Project for newcomers to Canada in need of transitional housing. A wonderful person all around.

We were in the process of selling our home when the pandemic struck. Obviously we had no luck! We approached Travis after several months of disappointment and concern. He came up with a plan and acted proactively and professionally. (That last point is very important.) We went from 2 showings in 3 months to 4 showings per week. Shortly after he sold the house for us. We happily recommend Travis to anyone looking to sell their home.
