I went to them to get a house and they even gave me an email to send one of their employees I sent the email, but no one answered me so that they don't care about your file at all and they don't give you an answer of rejection or acceptance.

Unprofessional management and staff. I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this organization. It is unfortunate because they provide much needed housing and services in the community.

All they do is help drug addicts. They advised myself ( on disability) that for me to get any help is a no. You have to be a drug addict or a single mom to get any type of support. Oh! They did mention that you should get out there and start viewing... Idk what that means. As everything is overpriced here and the vacancy rate is at zero. So yes u give them one 🌟. Plus they were just plain not nice about anything towards me. Very bias atmosphere.

Poor management, poor service..intrusive inspections at inconvenient times..favouritism by staff..failure to comply with renters who have overpaid requests for reimbursement, yet extremely greedy and borderline nasty if they dont receive rent on time..on time is before the beginning of the month..lack of maintenance workers lawns go uncut..repairs to appliances dont exist and physical repairs in general are non existent unless office is pestered.which always earns a red dot on your file which symbolizes client is difficult to deal with...many more too much to list..

They put you in a place you cant afford then forget about you. Better off on the streets. Or living in the bush !
