Steve helped me land a fantastic new condo direct from the developer for under asking price. He was always available throughout the process (even after the sale closed) to help facilitate quickly and efficiently. He has a deep understanding of the market and won't quit until you get exactly what you want - great experience.

Steve spent about 10 months with me looking for a house. We probably looked at over 50 homes as my criteria was unique. He was quick acting on every house we were interested in and made it feel like he was buying the house with me. Not once did it feel like he was getting tired of looking or did he place any kind of pressure on me to buy one of them. He answered every question, searched for every detail and the end product was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended.
