I have been waiting for 6 months to write to this review so I don't write it out of anger, but out of hoping that no other family go through the same horrible experience my partner and i did with Deana. My partner found a house that we were both extremely interested in. She contacted Deana with the hopes of getting some information on the home. Deana seemed like the perfect fit for us. She said all the right things and assured us she was on our side". We were excited to work with her on purchasing on dream home. We made arrangements to meet with Deana to view a home. Deana met us and we feel in love with the home. We set up another walk through of the home and Deana did not show up and the builder had to let us in. Apparently she was too sick to meet us. No phone call, no text message. No contact at all. We spoke with the builder and learned more about the home as Deana had absolutely no information on the home she was trying to sell us. My partner and I had a trip planned for Mexico the following week. I contacted Dena and expressed that we are interested in the home but are leaving for Mexico in a few days. Deana said she would WE negotiated while in Mexico and agreed to conditions.. Upon returning to home we set up another walk though of the home to which Deana did not show again. The builder met us and did a walk through with us. Once we had closed on the house Deana turned into a completely different person. We could not get in touch with her, she would not return or calls or text. Once she knew she was going to get paid her demeanor towards my partner and I changed to a complete stranger. It was absolutely disgusting. Once we did get in touch with her she would not meet us to give her our $25000 deposit, but had us take our deposit to her house because she was getting ready to go out for a "girls night'. I will fast forward to the day we are suppose to take possession of our dream home. Guess what?!? yup!! Deana is once again to 'sick" to meet us the day we toke possession of our dream home. We meet the builder that basically tossed the keys to us and said here ya go. My partner was absolutely crushed. What should have been a day of hugs and pictures and happiness. Was not. Deana robbed of us of one of the most important days of our lives with total disregard for our feelings. All she cares about is getting her big pay days. She DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CLIENTS. Please do yourself a favor and look for another real estate agent. Deana Fawcett is just HORRIBLE!

I just wanted to write a quick review on one of the top real estate agents in Victoria. I have known Deana Fawcett for many years and I cannot say enough positive things about her professionalism and dedication to this business . She has the ability to find you whatever it is your looking for in a home . Her passion for what she does leaves you with an amazing experience when buying or selling , you will be extremely impressed . If anyone is looking for a kind, loyal ,caring real estate agent for your next venture in life this is your girl.

I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Deana. I was so happy with the whole sale/purchase of my home. Her knowledge of the real estate market paired with her passion to serve is unmatched. I would highly recommend Deana to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate on Vancouver Island.
