Mike was the most friendly and strongest representation we could have asked for in purchasing our home. With the resources he provided, he was able to give us a strong understanding of both the current home buying process and the realistic real estate market in Greater Victoria. Mike is hands down one of the best realtors out there. He has so much knowledge about real estate that it really takes the stress out of buying or selling. We have used Mike to sell a property and to buy an investment property. He worked very hard on both transactions to get us the best deal possible. Because of his past profession working as a mortgage broker, he was also super helpful in that department and was able to refer us to an amazing broker who really went the extra mile for us. It took us about a year to find the perfect investment property, and Mike was super patient the entire time, constantly reminding us that the right one would come along for us when we were feeling discouraged.
