Our realtor, Faith Rubino, Victoria office, was the best. She was diligent in sending us property listings and responded to our calls promptly. We were viewing properties Up-Island, so she had to drive the extra distance on our demand. Faith went over and above the call of duty. She was not only professional, but easy to communicate with, and very patient. Thank you for your help Faith.

Had a terrible experience with this company and the owner John Knox did nothing to remedy this...would never use this company ever. Very unprofessional

We listed with Fair Realty to sell our house. It was our first time selling and John made it easier than I expected. We sold quickly and got what we wanted for it.

I had a horrible experience with Fair Realty. I listed in June $100,000 under the appraised value of my house and got nothing, only a couple of showings and no offers. I switched realtors in September and, at the same price, had dozens of showings and received offers.
