Vaune is a consummate professional. Vaune focuses on the details so I as a buyer or seller (she’s done both for me!) am confident that nothing is being missed. Beyond her technical ability, Vaune also has great insights into what matters in a negotiation and what it takes to get a deal done, one way or the other. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and I am sure I will have need of Vaune’s services again!

Vaune represented me as my realtor and helped me sell my property on Bowen in 2019, and I had a great experience with her. She was always energetic, on the ball, and worked very hard to get things done in a timely way — preparing the paperwork, working with the buyer's realtor, advertising my property for sale, and juggling many other balls in the air. I appreciated her wise counsel, her insights, and her fairness in dealing with me and with others throughout the experience. I had bought the house a few years earlier through her as well and had a similar positive experience, so I can say she does great work on both sides of the transaction. I'd recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home on Bowen. Thank you, Vaune!
