Felicity was our agent when we bought our first home on Bowen. We took our time and she was amazing, going above and beyond. She brought all the professionalism and expertise you'd expect, being knowledgeable, responsive, great communicator with a real pulse on the market and our needs. But what really stood out was that we never felt like she was trying to persuade us in any direction that wasn't truly what we were looking for. We had to sell my mother's home on Bowen Island after she passed away. Frances Frost, a Realtor on Bowen Island helped us out. She was amazing. She was very sensitive to our needs at a particularly emotional time and was able to get us an excellent buyer from the neighbourhood at a fair price for both sides. She also helped us find homes for some of my mothers items that we couldn't keep but wished to see go to good families. She and her partner are wonderful realtors and people. Even to this day 3 years later, Frances has been helping with us to obtain information about the home that we have been needing for tax purposes with out hesitation.
