Tracy was a joy to work with from start to finish. I needed two horses appraised for donation to an IHSA and an IEA team. She responded promptly to my inquiry, gave me clear instructions about the process, and used every bit of information I gave her to come up with thorough, accurate appraisals of each horse. I will absolutely use Tracy again in the future if I need another horse appraised.

Tracy provided an incredibly thorough appraisal for a mare that I was transitioning from a personal show horse to a broodmare owned by my farm LLC. She was quick, professional, and the appraisal cost roughly 1/3 of what I have paid in the past. Tracy is a rarity in that she understands both show horses and breeding. I can’t recommend her services highly enough.

My stallion was killed by a distracted driver. Tracy was compassionate, professional and exceptionally helpful. We sued and when the opposing attorney read her appraisal he settled in less than 15 minutes for the full amount. . I don’t think you could find a better appraiser. If you are shopping for equine appraisers then stop shopping. Daventry Equine Appraisal Services is the best choice. In my search for an appraiser, I had no information or experience about appraisers. Tracy responded promptly with answers to all of my questions. Tracy is wonderful to work with.
