K-Fever Karaoke

The selection of songs were ok. There were a lot of Japanese, Chinese songs, but not many English songs. Here are the reasons I gave them 1 star: - They confiscated our water without asking our permission. If drinks are not allowed, they should have let us know in the first place. - They only accepted cash, but I didn't have cash with me. I had no choice but to use their ATM, including a service fee of 3 dollars. - I was not happy about the experience and their service, so I refused to pay any tips... they literally provided no service. However they forced me to pay for the tip. What can I say. To sum up, the selection of songs are not bad but everything else feels like a carefully planned fraud to me. I will never ever come to this branch again, nor recommend it to my friends. ============================== To respond to the owner's question: Your place was open till Aug 24 and was closed on Aug 25 due to the COVID-19 policy. I posted this review on Aug 24 and there are some delays before it shows on Google map. Attached are the photos that I took in your place, with location tags, time, and date. Stop fooling your customers!

Good price and a good selection of music. Sound quality wise can be better but not bad. Good to bring friends if they've never been karaoke before.

Really love the environment here, clean and cozy, comparing to other places I have been to, except for when it's rush hour, the washroom might need a bit of attention. Other than that, love the selection of songs and food menu. I mean come on, which karaoke provides you FREE WATER?! I'm hanging out with bunch of friends having fun, I won't mind paying for a cup of pop or bubble tea or water.... Moreover, the staff here was cute and friendly and was always prompt to our requests even though she was busy.

Apparently 1 year old baby counts as one adult. Terrible experience. We had 10 adults and a baby for all you can sing. Friend made a reservation of 11 by mistake. After asking the clerk multiple times that they still want to charge us for the baby. Even said that if we clarify next time, baby can count as half. We didn't argue and just paid the full amount plus tip and left. Not a big tip of course, just 10%, but I think that is still equal or more than what we should pay for if it is a bill of 10 people.

Great place with wide song selection. Wish it was sound proof. Although we did not order drinks, food , or require any additional services other than a guide to the room, the cashier expected tips and even pointed out the fact that tips were not included.
