Horrible customer service, still waiting on defencies on our new home we purchased to be fixed, its been almost 2 years since we moved in, we were told to bring any other concerns to them during the first few months, wich we did, and they said they would fix it, well now theyre back peddling and saying its my responsibility, victor the guy i spoke to is extremely rude and a liar and will do his best to do the least amount of work possible. we moved in with no landscaping for 2 months, a unfinished bathroom downstairs, adhesive stains on our deck (wich still to this day isnt coming off and ive tried all types of cleaners, and there refusing to clean it now) was also promised the exterior of the house would be cleaned since they were still doing construction for a year after, now theyre refusing to do that. And the list goes on, like why even bother to say youll do these things then refuse to do it later, theyre liars. Its the principal of keeping your word, we bought a brand new house and expected a new house, what we got was defcincies and rude customer service and keep being told they dont have the "man power" to get things done. Would not purchase a property ever again from tribrink.
