Discount Car & Truck Rentals

Don't use this company if its long term. BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE. I live in BC and someone spat on the passenger window due to the alberta license plate. I even left the discount rental sign on the rearview mirror and wrote on paper "BC resident. This is a car rental" on the back. Called discount car and truck rental and they hung up on my 3 times.

Age is the man! Just called him to reserve a vehicle for my trip down to Vancouver in July and he was such a great help! I highly recommend renting from Discount Car & Truck Rental because of his exceptional customer service and ability to offer me great pricing compared to other car rental companies in the area!! Don't trust this service. I booked a car online for one price, then when I came to pick up the car, that price was three times the price. Because I was desperate to rent a car that day, I had no choice. I'm warning all my friends to avoid these scammers

My online rental wasn't honored and I had to find a different rental last minute.
