Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been going to this place from last 3-4 years. Always had a wonderful experience. Loves to deal with Manpreet Dhami there. She really provides best Service and exactly provides the vehicle you need. Very good job👍.

By far the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with!! ZERO customer service and people skills!!They give partial information which ends up costing you in the long run, they harass you and your references!! They charge you for fake extras like cleaning fees when you literally had the car for 4 days. This company is a joke and it’s shameful how they Rob people of their money especially after getting hurt in a MVA!!! Please save yourself the headache, stress and extra money and don’t go here!!

I have always had a very Sterling image of enterprise. I prefer it over any other car rental company, but today it went all down the drain. So here is how it all went I book a car on 27th night, 28th august friday. I recieve a call sorry there is no car available . System wasnt refreshed at night. I said its all good. I go in same location, they say they have a small car. 5 minutes after while writing down my information, the guy realised it's the same person he called in the morning and says he doesnt have it. Totally misleading the customer. This is the worse I have ever seen. Does enterprise not care anymore?? On a side note- My understanding All these moves were made by the employee so that I dont take the car and drop it off at another location cuz then he loses his inventory. I get it but what about Customers. Aren't they your first preference. I have never been this furious in my life

0 STAR RATING! Worst car rental business I have ever been too. I have had bad experiences here twice now. A couple of weeks ago I went to this location to rent a car that I had made reservations for weeks in advance. The morning of I called the location to confirm our rental vehicle and the employee we spoke to said yes everything is confirmed and we are getting your vehicle ready. Once we arrived on location we spoke with one of their staff members who again said they are getting the vehicle ready and it will be out shortly. Once the vehicle was ready they brought it out and it was the wrong vehicle. We had booked a large SUV (chevy suburban) and the vehicle that was brought out was a standard SUV. We told the employee that this is not the right vehicle, but he was adamant and insisted this is the right vehicle. We told him we booked a large SUV and it was supposed to be a chevy suburban. The employee said yes this is a similar SUV to the chevy suburban. The SUV they brought out was not similar to the chevy suburban or in the same vehicle class. Again the employee was adamant and trying to convince us to take the SUV he brought out. We showed the employee our confirmation email which said chevy suburban and the employee said we don't have any of those available at the moment. We asked him if they have any other large vehicles and he said no, but we do have a mini van. We were so disappointed as we had made reservations weeks in advance and now we were left stranded without a vehicle for our trip. We needed a large SUV as we had 8 people travelling with us and needed enough storage space as well. We asked the employee why they didn't bother notifying us in advance if they were not going to have the vehicle and why did they tell us in the morning that everything is confirmed. The employee had nothing to say. We asked him to check if any other locations had any large SUVs available and he said he will go check. We watched the employee go inside and walk back out in a couple of minutes and then he immediately started helping out another customer. We waited a few minutes and asked the employee if anything was available at another location and he said no. At this point we were so frustrated and disappointed that we just walked off. I was appalled that he was ready to put us into a smaller vehicle and charge us the same rate as a large vehicle. He must have thought we were stupid and would not notice the difference. Just shows how shady their business practices are and that they are ready to rip off their customers. We went next door to Avis Car Rental and they were so accommodating and helpful! They were able to get us a large SUV for our trip and had amazing customer service from start to finish. I am glad I dealt with Avis and wish I had booked with them in advance rather than deal with all the hassles at Enterprise. I definitely in the future will NOT be using enterprise rent a car. I would definitely NOT recommend for anyone to go to such a unprofessional business with extremely disappointing customer service.

This is a very busy location! We had excellent service and a new car to drive. We will return when we need a rental again.
