Amazing customer service and very pleasant to deal with! The staff that work here are very accommodating and helpful. I got the vehicle that I wanted without any hassle and for a great price! Would definitely recommend this business to others

We rented a car for our vacation trip and we were happy with the kia sorrento 2019 that was issued to us. The car was clean and reliable. The trip was comfortable with the sturdy vehicle that we rented from Avis.

I called this location to ask about available cars and the guy (his name under rental agreement says Ahmad) told me only SUV at 80 CAD per day is available, I used mobile app to rent a smaller car for only 38. Avis lot was full of cars. Then when I returned the car the next day he complained the tank is not full and the charge is 3.65 per liter. However I drove only 1 km after filling the full tank from the nearest location and the fuel gauge needle pointed to F. Then he "discovered" a small dent on the drivers window which probably was there for some time. I was in a hurry and didn't notice it when taking the car a day before. So now I have to deal with the insurance claims which is total waste of my time because I have nothing to do with it. Also he didn't give me the receipt or anything related this car dent issue. Neither he wrote down the tolls crossings even though I asked him to. Overall, awful experience. Nothing like this ever happened when renting multiple times from Hertz or Enterprise.

The rental was extremely easy online. However, the staff is extremely rude. We had rented a vehicle for the Newton, Surrey location - the lady working at the desk was very unprofessional and impolite. They were not accommodating at all which resulted in me having to cancel my reservation last minute for a trip I had planned. When calling the company office I received the same unprofessional service. The staff again was rude, was not familiar with company policy and was yelling. This was the the worst experience I ever had and was my first and last time dealing with Avis.

Fast and easy friendly service! Would use them for all my car rental needs. The vehicle was immaculate. Thank you for helping us with a rental short notice!
