Cab says he showed up but he made no attempt to contact me that I'm aware of, had to call them back to get them to send another cab an hour later. Which took another half hour to show up.

I've called for a taxi probably over 15 times in the last couple months and every single time they say thehave no taxis available in the aldergrove area...... the ALDEGROVE-LANGLEY TAXI COMPANY has no taxis available in aldergrove....?

Terrible customer service. Had my call blocked 17 times in a row at 1130 trying to get a cab from the bar. NEVER call this company when you are in need. They WILL let you down and leave you stranded. They dont care about you or your well-being, just want to make a quick buck! Will never call here for a cab again!!

Called my cab to work and said it will be there 20min and I never saw any cab at my front door then I call back they said the driver was there cans called me couple of times but I’m only phone the entire time and did not get any calls at all! Now I’m way late for my work, used to call this company every time but this is I’m really disappointed
