Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Tried to double charge us on a prepaid card rental - definitely stay away from enterprise!!

Rented a Rav4 for 7 days on Friday 28th Aug 2020, discovered the rear axle was making a loud howling type noise and the engine sounded rough when accelerating, I lifted the hood and could see dirty muddy looking water type marks dried in all over the engine compartment, phoned the rental office at 4pm no answer, ( Closed ? ) returned the Rav4 to the rental office ASAP the next day and told them about the problem and that I had canceled my trip to the interior. They insisted in charging me $77 for my inconvenience? the reason being that I had been given a great discount deal for the rental. The two young women who run the operation insisted the problem was noisy tyres. LOL They must have used Tik- Tok to analyze the mechanical problems.

I have rented from Enterprise 'White Rock' on many occasions over more than 10 years - from their three different locations! All the staff I've ever dealt with have been exceptionally pleasant, professional and career oriented young men and women. They have never let me down ... For me, Enterprise is #1

Not a good experience at all. I had booked a vehicle almost two weeks in advance. I requested an SUV. When the day came to pick up my car, they took forever to pick me up and showed up with a subcompact car. I was told I would have an SUV two weeks prior. The car wasn’t very clean and smells of cigarette smoke. Definitely would never rent from here again.

No complaints. Always had good service.
