We were looking at open houses without any realtor. My dad met him at one of his open house. My Dad said that person seems different than all of the realtors we met before. It all stared from there then I met him. We started looking at couple of houses he finally found us what we wanted. He is a laid back person never rushes. The whole process of buying a house with his help went smoothly. He will go above and beyond of his limits try to help you out in every situation weather it’s finding a mortgage broker or a lawyer. That person knows how to build relations not just clients. He is part of our family now. I would say he is more like a elder brother To me Whom I can call anytime For any kind of advice not just Real estate ,but of course if we ever need a realtor he is out first and only choice. We were extremely pleased with Karun Sapra’s service and expertise for the home buying process. Before choosing a realtor, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice for our need and Karun Sapra stood out, as the best Surrey has to offer. We spoke with Karun and then met with him in coffee shop for the first time and he spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data about the market and neighborhoods. We were new to Canada that is why we were not very familiar with Surrey area but he was so knowledgeable on the homes and neighborhoods such as Surrey, Cloverdale, Clayton, Langley, Maple Ridge etc. in British Columbia that he saved us countless hours of searching for the information ourselves.
