We were in the market looking for a condo, saw a lot of condo's to buy with him for about 4 to 5 months (and I'd like to mention here, Never did he push us to settle for something that he thought was a good investment but we weren't too sure about) He was very patient to spend time with my wife & me and always spoke in our best interest. His interests aligned with ours and I think we are really fortunate to have found someone like him for our Very first purchase - we did feel protected and appreciate his way of working. Got us in touch with his mortgage broker, and was always there to answer all our questions. Our first home purchase in Surrey, BC and Ekman made it a great experience.
