Joel Kern was referred to me by my brother, who has lived in Kelowna for over 20 years and knows the real estate market very well. Joel was the first name that came to his mind when I asked him for the name of a realtor who knows the area and would do a good job on my behalf, and I was not disappointed. Joel got an email from me on a Saturday evening and I heard back from him within an hour. By Sunday evening, we had discussed our needs, priorities and the property we were interested in, and by Monday morning at 10am we had submitted our final offer, which was accepted by the sellers. Joel worked with us over the following two weeks to ensure that all of our subject conditions were removed on time, and he also referred us to an excellent real estate lawyer who is helping us prepare our legal documents for this purchase. Recently we purchased a home in Kelowna using Joel as our agent. It was very crucial to have our own buyer agent access the listings which were about to become public. Joel found the perfect home for us in the perfect location and he evidently made a great presentation in a multiple bid situation. Joel is very personable, professional, accessible, and takes the extra steps to get the job done. Joel also gave good recommendations for home insurers and other services. We met Joel by looking at a house and having a listing agent recommend him. We weren't sure what to expect. He was helpful, patient and good mannered. We looked at several homes and he was always the consummate professional. He offered his option but was also more then accommodating when listening to mine. When we made an offer he went to the wall for us. All in all he is what I would expect a professional to be. I would definitely how him again.

Joel lead the charge for my purchase of a condo in Kelowna. Joel listened to what my needs were and kept on top of how these needs changed as we visited different condos. Joel was available when ever I needed him and informed me when new condos came on the market. Joel is both personable and professional, and easy to deal with. I would use Joel again and recommend him to a friend.
