We contacted Michael as a realtor when searching for properties in the Okanagan. Even though we had not decided where in BC we would settle, Michael was happy to help us search potential in the Okanagan area as well as recommending an agent on Vancouver Island when we wanted to explore that option. He was very knowledgeable, quick to respond to our queries and didn't hesitate to book viewings for when we could be in the area to look. We really appreciated that Michael engaged in the viewings with us. He didn't just stand in one room and wait for us to wander around and ask questions - he explored the homes himself and was very forthcoming in pointing out things he thought would be an issue. We spent 4 days in Kelowna in July 2020 and met Michael Tremblay by pure concidence. We arranged out of curiosity to see some properties. He gladly obliged on a short notice and lined up several properties that he took us to. This ended in us unexpectedly giving an offer on a beautiful dream house on Scott Crescent and starting a process of selling our apartment in Vancouver and moving to West Kelowna, all in 2 months. Michael Tremblay was knowledgable and very hard working in answering all our questions and concerns and help us in many ways throughout the process. He helped us in matters related to the legal and realtor side, but also on a personal level, as a family friend would, suggesting and organizing good building inspector on a short notice, suggesting great realtor in Vancouver, reminding us on number of things along the way that we may have forgotten or were not aware about. He unreservedly jumped in to organize a blacksmith to get into our home when sudden and unexpected snow dump and drop in temperature threaten to damage pipes in our new home as we did not not leave heating on, while we were in Vancouver unable to come via snow covered Coquihala and the Connector. Michael was very easy to communicate to all the time and available on short notice almost anytime of the day.
