Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve made two rental reservations at this location and they have cancelled both at the last minute - one was 10 minutes before pickup and the other they didn’t even call to tell me about. One of them was a pickup truck I needed for work so I was left scrambling and lost money that day. So I have no idea what it’s actually like to rent a vehicle from them.

Tried to upgrade my rental, they had no vehicles to rent, let alone an upgrade. How does a rental outlet offer any value if they dont have a rental to rent?

Awesome, the gentleman who helped me made the process very easy and he was very nice.

Rented a cargo van on line; confirmed by email receipt. Made plans and commitments based on the understanding I had secured a rental. A man from the Vernon rental agency called me to say the rental was not in fact confirmed. When I asked him for help to find another van as I made commitments; he said he would call me right back. Well, it's been over two hours now.... guess you are not calling back.

We made a reservation and went to pick up our vehicle and they didn’t have any vehicle to give us. Unfortunately other renters had not returned their vehicles yet, which was poor planning. The staff were friendly and apologetic but we really needed a vehicle and went to Budget instead.
