We listed our rural property with Lindsay early in 2020, just before the pandemic hit. It takes an unprecedented crisis like this to know who has determination and grit. I can’t say it was easy, but Lindsay sold our property under harrowing conditions, and it took a lot of leaning in on her part. Lindsay stayed calm (when we didn’t!) while managing what seemed like endless uncertainty when the crisis hit. She advised us wisely, kept us updated with the latest real estate trends for the region, and never suggested strategy changes without solid data to back them up. Her years of experience with real estate has served her well. We felt secure with her handling viewings. She confidently guided us through the complicated real estate processes required to make the sale. She kept her optimism and humour when we lost ours.
