Working with Mark throughout the selling process was amazing. I had a unique situation as I was renovating a condo after a difficult tenant moved out and trying to get my property ready to list. As renovations neared completion and the property was almost list ready, Mark visited the property a number of times to check on the progress and advise on any small tips that may add value to the property. This was very helpful as I am from out of town so his assistance was very much appreciated. Once I handed the keys over to Mark he did an incredible job of getting great photos taken, creating an attractive listing and making the process as easy as possible for me. He did a lot of due diligence when advising on a list price and priced the property perfectly. Within two days of listing we were in a multiple offer situation and the property sold for more than I expected. Mark did an excellent job handling the negotiations and navigating through the deal. I would definitely use Mark again for future real estate acquisitions or sales and I would recommend him to anyone else looking to buy or list.
