Steve Daschuk Realtor

Steve came by my Mothers place while we were having a garage sale. Mom has some mild dementia going on and I indicated as such. When he asked if we were going to sell, I indicate yes, but that we would not be listing the place but doing it ourselves, however if he brought me a buyer I would make it worth his while. We agreed on some next steps which included him giving me an estimate for the place via text, and him doing some research on the place and a price. He volunteered these services as I was explicitly clear we would not be listing with a realtor and what the next steps in our communication would be with me. While I was out, Steve came back to the place a day or two later and tried to convince my mother to list with him while I was not present. He was "hard selling" her on listing with him. My Mother is an 84 year old woman. Steve neither kept his word on what he WOULD do (I still have not had a text from him or phone call regarding the agreed to next actions) and he has broken any kind of trust that a good realtor or any sales executive should endeavor to foster with a client. He adds no value and is at best, a predatory liar. Luckily he performed these actions in front of my Aunt who managers the entire trailer park area who prevented anything from occurring. His name and Sutton Realty's reputation are mud around here thanks to those actions. If you want to trust a realtor who keeps his word and does actual work, look elsewhere.
