CIBC Branch with ATM

Horrible customer service since passing of my husband. First my credit card was cut off without any communication with me whatsoever and despite having the card for many years with excellent rating. Next my line of credit was discontinued, again without any communication and despite being secured with my rental property which I still own and it having been mortgaged through CIBC. In trying to communicate with CIBC I get the royal run around including trying to set up a meeting and getting no response. The last straw is the deletion of my bill payees from my chequing account. Customer service has been nonexistent and practices misogynistic.

The new management/staff here are the least helpful. They told me they would do something then proceeded to not do it. The guy there is very rude.
