I first met Jessica about 9 months ago, February 2020. I was super eager to buy a house but then COVID-19 hit... I was hesitant to continue looking for a couple months. She stuck with me the entire time and did everything to make me feel like I was valued. Back in May we started actively looking again and she ALWAYS made time for me, and communicated back to me within minutes, every single time I sent her a message. It took me looking at A LOT of places for me to finally find "the one." Jessica was always patient and always on my side. She was honest and it truly felt like she cared about me and wanted the best for me. I was a first time home buyer, and Jessica supported me every step of the way. (Sometimes I really felt clueless, but she talked me though every step of buying a home) From start to finish I really felt like I had a realtor I could rely on to give me the best advice, the hardest truths, but most importantly find me the home I was looking for. Thanks Jess, you're the best, and I am so glad I chose you! Cheers to my new place!

A few months ago my husband and I didn't know anything about home ownership. We'd rented apartments for 6-7 years and were ready to move on, but didn't know where to start. We got in touch with Jessica (by chance), and about 2 weeks later we'd decided on a house that we LOVE and now live in! She knew exactly what we wanted and had plenty of suitable properties to show us. Whenever we had questions or concerns she always did her utmost to address them. She fought for us when we were bidding, was always available for a call or text, and even after we moved in she was still around making sure all was perfect! From start to finish she gave us all the information we asked for and held our hands all the way through, which we really needed. Jessica helped us buy a beautiful home in Coldstream, BC during an international move in the midst of a global pandemic. Despite the stressful circumstances, she was always positive, super responsive, supportive, and intensely hard-working. She negotiated a killer deal for us, was on top of all the many details, and we always trusted that she had our best interests at the top of her mind. She went above and beyond, dropping off groceries to us while in quarantine (multiple times!). Honestly, I don’t know how we would have survived this transition without her. In other words, work with Jess. She’s the best.
