Tom Van Gelder was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to help me and my daughter purchase a home. i found him very honest, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and courteous throughout the whole home buying process. I would recommend Tom to anyone trying to buy or sell a home. We feel like Tom became a friend rather than just our real estate agent. We actually miss him now as we had contact with him just about every day that we had been looking for a house. Thanks Tom we really appreciated all the hard work you did for us!!!!

Tom was really wonderful to work with! We were first time home buyers and while it was a bit stressful he was able to put us at ease and was great to work with. He was always available and prompt in his responses when we found a home we were interested in looking at. COVID definitely put a spin on things this year but Tom made the process a lot less stressful for us both. Our next home we will definitely be using Tom and 3% again!

Justin was our realtor and helped us sell our townhome and buy our first house. He was very professional, educational and very patient with the amount of questions we had! Super friendly nice guy understands what family life is like with a young family of his own so we felt very understood in what we were looking for in a house.
