Enterprise Rent-A-Car

So let me get this right! In April, I rented a Hyundai. The license plate was stolen. In July the car was towed 6kms to a dealership for the cost of $215.00 which I am responsible for. I get the invoice for this in October!🤷‍♂️. You mean to say.... There is no one intelligent enough at enterprise to put on a license plate, it had to be towed to a GM dealership? Interesting! I would say that is very poor customer service and your company having any intrest or care in your customers. Time to drive my own vehicle from now on!

I had a mixed experience. My pick-up experience was excellent - the gentleman who helped me was courteous and professional. I was also offered an upgrade, which was fantastic. Our tank was 3/4 full at pick-up, and we returned it with 3/4 tank, only to find a $30 refueling charge on our final invoice. No one followed up with my inquiry about the charge, so what could have been a flawless experience has left me a bit disappointed (and out $30).

Excellent service! My flight into Comox Airport was delayed, and the manager stayed after hours just to give me the keys to my rental. Total life saver! I was in the area for work and not getting a car right away would have really screwed with my plans. I'll rent at Enterprise next time I'm here.

Good experience. Vehicle was fairly new and nice and clean. Staff helpful and very pleasant
