Excellent quality vehicle and was able to get same-day extensions on the rental car. Would definitely go back should the need arise.

This would be the first time I’ve tried to rent a vehicle from Discount in Quebec, and i can say that, I am very disappointed with this location. Who ever is the manager here needs to be fired and i will explain, why? One thing is that, there’s nobody is working in this location that speaks fluently English, even though the service needs to be provided in English and French, not just in French. But this issue is nothing compared to what I found out here, is that if you try to make a reservation for vehicle, you’re giving a basic information such as Name, but I’ve got quite suspicious when manager asked Me about my employment, I’ve rented vehicles many times from Discount of other provinces and never had a similar experience that, it looks like if you need to rent a vehicle from this location, you have to provide your employment information to them, which is absolutely ridiculous. After all I was more in shock when I found out that, one of the employee or manager from this location called the company without my permission for the verification if i was really working in this company, now you can understand that, why i sad earlier about firing the person from this location whoever made that call to my employment without even asking Me, now We’re asking the question WHY? and there’s no answer from anybody from this location Ok, and i will try to get an answer from Discount Quebec head office, because I feel very insulted! C’est la première fois que j’essaie de louer un véhicule chez Discount au Québec, et je peux dire que je suis très déçu de cet endroit. Qui est le responsable ici doit être congédié et je vais expliquer, pourquoi? Une chose est que personne ne travaille dans cet endroit qui parle couramment anglais, même si le service doit être fourni en anglais et en français, pas seulement en français. Mais ce problème n’a rien à voir avec ce que j’ai découvert ici, c’est que si vous essayez de faire une réservation pour un véhicule, vous donnez des informations de base telles que Nom, mais je suis assez méfiant lorsque le responsable m’a demandé de mon emploi. J'ai loué à plusieurs reprises des véhicules de Discount d'autres provinces et je n'ai jamais eu une expérience similaire. Il semble que si vous devez louer un véhicule à cet endroit, vous devez leur fournir des informations sur votre emploi, ce qui est absolument ridicule. Après tout, j'étais plus sous le choc quand j'ai appris que l'un des employés ou du responsable de cet emplacement a appelé la société sans ma permission pour vérifier si je travaillais vraiment dans cette société. Vous pouvez maintenant comprendre cela, pourquoi je suis triste plus tôt. de renvoyer la personne de cet endroit à quiconque a appelé cet emploi sans même me demander, maintenant nous posons la question POURQUOI? Ok, et je vais essayer d’obtenir une réponse du siège social de Discount Québec, parce que je me sens très insulté!

This Location is completely disaster, if you’re visitor in Town or Province and you don’t speak enough french, that means you’ll be treated differently, the girl representative if you ask her something in English over the phone, she puts you on hold forever until you hang up. The male manager who normally works in the back, he asks about your employees, which has nothing to do if you’re trying to rent a vehicle, and after all he called to my employee without even asking Me to confirm my employment, can you believe this and this place is just another rental location for Discount, not the Bank. And also stop sending those pathetic reply’s to every review in order to make an excuse! Cet endroit est complètement désastreux. Si vous êtes visiteur dans une ville ou une province et que vous ne parlez pas assez français, cela signifie que vous serez traité différemment, le représentant de la fille si vous lui demandez quelque chose en anglais par téléphone, elle vous met en attente pour toujours jusqu'à ce que vous raccrochez. Le responsable de sexe masculin qui travaille normalement à l'arrière demande des informations sur vos employés, ce qui n'a rien à voir si vous essayez de louer un véhicule. Après tout, il a appelé mon employé sans même me demander de confirmer mon emploi. Croyez ceci et cet endroit est juste un autre lieu de location pour Discount, pas la banque.
