As long as it's not better than Desjardins !!! No service ... I applied 4 times, 4 times I started over the whole triage process from the start 🙄 I ended up having someone and I was transferred to the right department, to wait FOR hours without any response and so that final hang up !!!!!! ????? Ma think twice before giving them my money!

Terrible service every time! Employees spend their time talking to each other or to customers. 3 employees at the counter 1 customer in the bank at the counter and nobody says hello ... 15 minutes like that! ... Customer experience @ review with your employees sir or madam director! We close all our accounts to go a few meters at TD ... Phew!
