Discount Car and Truck Rental

They don't clean the trucks. Reply to owner: Never received any feedback on the first complaint submitted on Oct 15. After the second complaint I was offered $20 for a future rent. I paid $200 for renting a uncleaned truck the midst of Covid-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that the company takes seriously the fact of ignoring of the cleaning protocol published on their website. The company doesn't admit that they didn't fulfill the conditions of the contract but charged the full amount. This is an opportunistic position and reluctance to take responsibility.
