Great service every time you go!! Honestly I love how friendly and helpful the team here is. Whether you are renting for a weekend or several weeks they will help you find the right car. The cars are always clean and ready to go no matter the weather. My only complaint is that their hours (especially weekends) aren’t quite conducive with most peoples requirements. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had a reservation to pick up on September 13th at 9am. I arrived - doors were locked, nobody there. Call the number several times, no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. Waited 45 minutes. Nobody showed up. I had even spoken to the rep twice on the phone the day before... Go figure. Went down the road to Discount, drove away with a car within 20 minutes. Now THAT is customer service.
